Returns for Manufacturing Defects

Within Warranty Period: All products purchased from Royal Power are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If a product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, the customer may return it for repair, replacement, or a refund.
Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, receipt) when returning a product for a manufacturing defect.

Returns for Other Reasons

7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return: Within 7 days of purchase, customers may return a product in its original, unopened condition (seal intact) for a full refund, no questions asked.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning products for any reason.

Damaged or Misused Products: Products that have been damaged due to negligence or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Shipping Damage: If a product arrives damaged, please contact Royal Power within 1 day of receipt.

Refunds

Refund Methods: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Independent Warranties and Guarantees

Royal Power does not provide any independent warranties or guarantees on products. Any warranties or guarantees are solely provided by the manufacturer.
